Return Policy

All products sold on the horse & berries website are non-refundable, so it's very important you follow our size guide or email us at info@horseandberries.com with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting swimsuit. If you find your swimsuit isn't fitting quite right, we are more then happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges).

Conditions:

• Request has to be made within 14 days of receiving the item via email.
• Returned items should be in original condition in original packaging - unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liner still attached and garment bag. Please try on swimwear over your underwear for sanitary reasons, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains. 
• We will issue a store credit for exchange once we receive the original items
• We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
• Customer responsible for paying to return their item and to resend the new item unless the item is faulty. 

Please use registered post when posting your return back to us, as we cannot cover any losses for items we have not received back.

If you feel your item is faulty, please do not wear it, simply notify us straight away via email info@horseandberries.com within 14 days. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or exchange the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.

Once your item has been returned to us and quality checked we will issue a store credit. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.
