If you ordered a pre-order item, in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching.

DUTIES AND TAXES

The customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees payable upon delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Please contact your local customs office if further information is required.

If your package comes attached with a tariff or additional fees and the recipient decides to not pay upon receiving the notice (regarding the tariff), the package will be discarded or shipped back and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee. The return shipping fees will vary due to location and any custom or tariff fees. We will be able to relay the total return shipping cost upon the return of the unreceived package.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email.

Once the package has been accepted by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the delivery. We are also not responsible for any shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are having issues with your delivery, please contact your local postal service directly. If you wish to avoid any potential delays at all, we recommend selecting DHL Express at checkout.
