PRE ORDERS

If you ordered a pre-order item, in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching.

If you would like to receive in stock products earlier you must make separate orders.

Pre-order time frames are not exact, instead these are estimated timeframes of dispatch and could be subject to change

Please note we can not ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery. 

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email.

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

horse & berries is NOT responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

***If your package comes attached with a tariff or additional fees and the recipient decides to not pay upon receiving the notice (regarding the tariff), the package will be discarded or shipped back and you will not be eligible for a refund.***

***Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee. The return shipping fees will vary due to location and any custom or tariff fees. We will be able to relay the total return shipping cost upon the return of the unreceived package. 

Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking code to the email you registered the order with. The tracking information will be available after 2-3 days.
